Every day: Playing in the open air, up stairs, help with homework at home, cleaning the pet, pick up the toys, walk to school,
walking.
3-5 times a week minimum 20 minutes: skating, go by bicycle, faith, aerobics, swimming, running, volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, skiing
2-3 times a week: swing it, go with a boat, playing in the park, judo, dance, flex
less than 2 hours a day: watching TV, playing video games, being on the computer
If you do that you have a good health
